Pale straw yellow with greenish glints and a fine, persistent perlage. It has a fruity and flowery aroma with hints of unripe golden apple and tuberose flowers. A fresh, lively and fragrant flavour with a pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

PRODUCTION AREA
Area of the Marca Trevigiana with loose calcareous-clayey floodplain soils, rich in subsoil.

TRAINING
More or less extensive radiating or spindle systems with 1800-2800 vines per hectare.
YELD PER HECTARE
On average 150 quintals of grapes.
HARVEST PERIOD
End of August, early September.
VINIFICATION
Whole grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing and the resulting must, after a first racking, is put into controlled temperature fermentation tanks where it remains until it is used for the production of the semi-sparkling wine.
PAIRING
Excellent aperitif, ideal with vegetable and fish hors-d’oeuvre; it also goes well with fried shellfish or steamed fish.
